Description
The City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting its annual Holiday Lights in Woodland and Fairview Parks. The holiday displays are open to the public beginning Monday, December 10 – December 25, 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. This driving tour of lights is free to the public.
This year’s special features include a tunnel of lights at Woodland land Park and in the Fairview Park is a collaborative effort with the eight Maury County Middle School STEM Clubs and their Christmas tree display. Other light displays include Rotary and Kiwanis Club shelters, the Relay for Life organization, the Rogers Group construction equipment, Snoopy, Heroes shelter, STEM snowflakes, Santa’s sleigh with his trusty reindeer and Frosty the Snowman.
Woodland Park will have one-way traffic flow beginning at the main park entrance, 821 West 9th street, Rainey House Bridge and exiting the park at the Wheeler Drive gate.
The Fairview Park display will be along Iron Bridge Road near the park’s main entrance.
