Summer Programs with Tiny Talkers

Tiny Talkers is offering summer programming in Franklin!

By Meghan Samuels, Tiny Talkers PLLC March 24, 2022

Hi, there! I am Meghan. I am the owner of Tiny Talkers and am a certified and licensed speech language pathologist (SLP).

Tiny Talkers is built from my love of working with toddler and preschool-aged children. They are so full of wonder and I love introducing them to new ideas and concepts! I have worked as an SLP for the past eight years and worked in a variety of settings, including  private practice and local public schools. As an SLP, I am trained and experienced in developmental speech and language which includes articulation, receptive language, expressive language, preliteracy, vocabulary, social skills, and general communication skills.

What is Tiny Talkers?

Tiny Talkers PLLC offers language-rich play opportunities for toddlers and preschoolers in the greater Nashville area. These groups are structured to increase young children’s exposure to language and pre-literacy concepts, access to peers, and if needed, referral for needed assessments and interventions at an early age.

Groups are developed and facilitated by a certified and licensed speech language pathologist, providing you with access to a professional who is an expert in early childhood development. In addition to face-to-face facilitation of groups, a weekly newsletter is sent home for at-home activities designed around that week’s theme for promotion of language-learning. These groups were created for having fun, making friends, and learning a little along the way.

How Can I Get Involved?

Tiny Talkers groups are offered throughout the community at parks, pre-schools and PDO programs, as well as indoor playgrounds. Registration for the summer semester is now open and the following are opportunities in Williamson County.
