How can we help you put things together better? What topics interest YOU? In the next few weeks I'm going to be looking for feedback to tweak and hone this tool so that YOU get what YOU need!
(Because to be honest maybe it's been a few rough months lately, am I right?)

About me
I am a mom of two kiddos ages 5 and 7 here in Thompsons Station, Tennessee. I've always loved Macaroni Kid for its calendar--this has always been the ONE EMAIL I didn't delete right away because we're always on the hunt for fun things to do locally with the kids. And the weekly email concept is SUPER GREAT because I'm prone to turn off "personal" social media here and there--the email always finds me!
When COVID hit, everything shut down though! And I was so sad to see our Macaroni Kid publisher retire in July because it was right when we were looking for outdoor activities for our kids! But as the new Publisher Mom, I'm super-excited to have a place to collect activities for all our local kiddos.
We are COVID homeschoolers right now due to frequent visits to vulnerable family members, but we're still searching out safe and fun activities for the kids--and because of our schedule with visiting our family members, we are able to do most activities sometime during the month between visits. In fact, if anything, right now THIS resource is EXACTLY what I need to banish cabin fever and help our community friends and businesses make it through the pandemic. We are super excited to be exploring Williamson County and the surrounding area in search of things for all our friends and neighbors to do!
It's been an exciting few weeks becoming familiar with the platform and how it works--updating the calendar with events--meeting the Macaroni Kid crew.
I've been holding off on sending a newsletter while I learn the ropes but there are things going on and YOU need to know about them so I'm throwing caution to the wind and letting one go!
