SafeSplash Swim School Cool Springs is open for lessons and we're excited to share our passion for water safety with everyone in the Franklin area. Swimming is such a necessary, lifesaving skill and we saw a huge need for it in this area. While many people believe that swimming is only a summer activity, we find that the fall and winter months are the best time to learn so that all of our kiddos are as prepared as possible for the next summer season.

This, our second Nashville-area swim school, utilizes a curriculum developed by elite swimmers and is implemented by our passionate team of instructors who love teaching students the basics of swimming safety. Our state-of-the-art, warm water facility has the capacity to serve hundreds of students and our 30-minute lessons are offered at a 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio for people of all abilities. Our students can be any age from six months to adult. However, we find the majority of students are under the age of five, creating a fun environment where kids can learn from each other while developing their swimming skills.
We teach all students the four basic swim strokes and instructors track each individual student’s progress. As students progress through the program, they receive a ribbon and can move on to more advanced techniques without having to change lesson times. Additionally, by offering multiple class levels at the same time, we can accommodate families with multiple kiddos of different ages and skill levels. By emphasizing instructor consistency, our program maximizes the progress of every kid.
Our goal is to help kids become proficient in swimming safety and basics while equipping them with the skills and confidence necessary should they desire to join a swim team. We don't expect every single person that comes in the door to pursue swimming as a sport or hobby, but we feel that our contagious love and passion for swimming kids will find joy in the pursuit of a life skill.

In addition to helping kids stay safe, I have found it personally rewarding to watch kids, even my own son, learn skills that will be integral to his own life and safety. Seeing him and other kids light up when they get in the water brings a new level of joy to swimming.
